The Institute for Women’s Policy Research has produced an annual report, that focuses on the year 2016. Issues such as job development, areas relating to gender equality, access to job training, and racial disparities are covered in the report. It is evident that many workers, irrespective of gender, face challenges. What can be done to improve the experience of our diverse workforce, and ensure that people have access to secure employment, and necessary tools for upskilling, and training?
