Liz Harrison is a writer and media executive from Pennsylvania, who had been involved in political campaign work for over 20 years.
She started in politics in the mid-1980’s, at the age of 13, working the polls with her parents. From there, she went on to political strategy work, speech-writing, debate coaching, constituent services, legislative consulting, and research for various candidates and causes.
In 2004, Liz founded a non-profit organization that published a bi-monthly online literary journal, and performed community service in the area of youth literacy and writer mentoring. During her time with the journal, she interviewed several award-winning and nominated authors, including a Pulitzer Prize winner in journalism.
Liz turned to political and news writing in late 2008 and since then, her writing has appeared on various sites, including Townhall.com and Ricochet. In 2013, she co-founded Vigilant Liberty Radio, an online radio station which has broadcast up to 22 hosts at any given time.
